About Us
Heartstrings Learning Center began in 2010. It is a ministry of the Fowlerville First United Methodist Church. It was started based on the idea that the families of Fowlerville needed more faith-based learning opportunities for their preschool-aged children.
We, at Heartstrings, believe that early childhood learning should be a fun and safe time of exploration and discovery, through hands-on, age-appropriate experiences.
We strive to meet the needs of each individual child, socially, academically and spiritually, through exciting and creative teaching techniques. We offer smaller than average class sizes so that we are able to provide and dedicate specific and intentional one on one learning with each student.
We are committed to providing children with the resources needed to prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. Look at the programs for more specific information regarding our daily learning techniques.
Because we are a faith-based preschool, we incorporate prayer time at lunch, and we have bible story time twice a week with the pastor.
It is important to us that our students are excited to learn, feel loved, heard and engaged
everyday in class.

Preschool Registration for 2024-25
Registration for the upcoming school year begins on February 12, 2024. Your child must be at least 3 years old, and potty-trained. Forms are available at the preschool or on this website, and must be dropped off with the $40 registration fee in order for a spot to be held for you. Register now to guarantee the days that will work best with YOUR families schedule!
